I have been in contact with the surgery a few times on behalf of my mother who moved to a care home and registered with this practice almost a year ago. I must say how impressed I am with the friendly and helpful responses I have had each time from all the staff I have spoken with - receptionists and GP’s, and am so grateful and appreciative for the time given and understanding shown in dealing with the issues I have raised. It is lovely to know there are such people that through these extremely difficult and pressured times, can still treat patients and their relatives with utmost courtesy and respect. I wish to convey my thanks especially when there is so much negativity being expressed about GP services! You should be very proud of your practice. Thank you .
