All is generally good EXCEPT FOR the request times/availability in regards to the AskMyGP app....ONLY before 12pm...and NEVER available to accept messages for gps out of hours......and we are REPRIMANDED for sending emails when the AskMyGP app is unavailable. PLEASE MAKE THE ASKMYGP APP ABLE TO TAKE MESSAGES OUT OF HOURS, SO THAT GPS RECEIVE THEM THE MORNING OF THE NEXT WORKING DAY!!!!!

This is an exemplary excellent practice. Today's appointment with Dr. Wardrop was as usual conducted with great good humour, thoroughness and scrupulous professionalism. My wife and I are very lucky to be patients at Shere Surgery. The askmyGP service is wonderfully responsive and the pharmaself machine highly convenient.

Nothing comes to mind. Just Carry on Doctor!

I would like to express my grateful thanks to everyone at Shere surgery. The reception team are always very welcoming. Sarah Jackson whom I have had a couple of consultations with is warm and incredibly thorough. Today I had a consultation with Sadia Rashid who was excellent in discussing my medication and reassuring me when I raised concerns about it. She has also reviewed everything for me which I feel totally comfortable and very happy with. I very rarely (thankfully) have to visit the surgery but on the occasions I have I feel profoundly grateful for the time and professionalism of all the team. We are so lucky - thank you all very much

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your care today and speedy management. I found the askmygp access to be great and such a fast call back from a GP. It’s very tough in the NHS at the moment and a thank you goes a long way- so thank you!
