It s easy to critical but difficult to make suggestions. The care I have been receiving recently has been just right.

Because it truthfully reflects my experiences with everyone at Shere surgery. It is the most outstanding practice - staff are always polite, friendly, co-operative and accommodating. There are periodic reports in newspapers/television news of long appointment dates, rude staff, uninformed doctors. After 30 years as a patient at Shere I am more than grateful that Shere staff always look after my family and myself.

I cannot think of anything to improve. The professionalism, kindness, care and medical services and assistance are exemplary. I am so grateful to be a patient at Shere surgery.

Please let Dr Wardrop know that the ‘internal note’’ he puts in reply to ‘Ask my GP’ requests can be seen by patients on the NHS app. They are rude and clearly not meant for patients to see.

Shere surgery is the best. Always available and compassionate

Slightly quicker prescription times as sometimes takes ver a week

All is generally good EXCEPT FOR the request times/availability in regards to the AskMyGP app....ONLY before 12pm...and NEVER available to accept messages for gps out of hours......and we are REPRIMANDED for sending emails when the AskMyGP app is unavailable. PLEASE MAKE THE ASKMYGP APP ABLE TO TAKE MESSAGES OUT OF HOURS, SO THAT GPS RECEIVE THEM THE MORNING OF THE NEXT WORKING DAY!!!!!
