I met Dr Vindlacheruvu as part of the Trauma & Orthopaedic Team at Addenbrookes. She is very kind, open and attentive. I was made to feel safe , listened to and understood.

#sayThankYou

Dear Dr Madhavi Vindlacheruvu. You will not my name, nor may I ever get to meet you to thank you for what you have done. But you have been a light in my mother and fathers life. My father had the privilege of meeting you whilst he was in the care of addenbrookes (still under the care of) this was after a fall. You spoke to my mother about my dads conditions over the phone. You dealt with issues that have been of concern for sometime, issues that others had missed or dismissed. You listened to my mum and put her at ease. At a time in which she really needed it. Going as far as offering a apology for mistakes made by another hospital. I know to you this probably is just part of your job. But to us this was so much more. I cannot articulate just how much it has helped. So I would like to personally thank you for all that you have done for everybody, not just my father, but for all the patients you have done amazing things for. You truly are one of the worlds healers. The world needs many more humans like you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Madhavi Vindlacheruvu With the utmost, thanks and respect Terry hukin
