Knowledgeable, helpful, great GP
My first visit to this surgery and I was made to feel very relaxed and given both time and attention to my problem even though the surgery was busy. I highly recommend this doctor and feel confident that my health needs will be well looked after.
It was my first time at this surgery. The nurse who I saw beforehand was very professional and seemed to listen to me about my health issues. Due to my illness I was told beforehand to take Codeine to relieve some of the pain and symptoms.
However, I was unfortunate to be seen by this doctor who I found to be rather abrupt, rude and disinterested in my condition. I felt that he did not listen to me. I explained that I was diagnosed with my condition when I was 18 (rather young to have it) and since April/May it has been flaring up and became really bad, hence my visit to the surgery. I explained that the last time my condition was looked at was in 2010, I also explained that my Grandfather had died from it.
He rudely snapped that he was not going to admit me to hospital. Being admitted to hospital was not even a thought.
I am still having issues with my condition.
Dr Eschle is the ultimate professional, polite at all times and tries to explain in layman's terms instead of medical jargon. He's an excellent doctor who listens and will go out of his way to get an answer and get back to you. Brilliant. We didn't realise this type of doctor existed any more - well done !
They provide good care
