It was my first time at this surgery. The nurse who I saw beforehand was very professional and seemed to listen to me about my health issues. Due to my illness I was told beforehand to take Codeine to relieve some of the pain and symptoms. However, I was unfortunate to be seen by this doctor who I found to be rather abrupt, rude and disinterested in my condition. I felt that he did not listen to me. I explained that I was diagnosed with my condition when I was 18 (rather young to have it) and since April/May it has been flaring up and became really bad, hence my visit to the surgery. I explained that the last time my condition was looked at was in 2010, I also explained that my Grandfather had died from it. He rudely snapped that he was not going to admit me to hospital. Being admitted to hospital was not even a thought. I am still having issues with my condition.
