Dont think she helps me or even cares but nobody listens. think it says it all that most of the good reviews here are her staff defending her!!! what chances at being well do i have if she stays my dr? no way does she understand me or even try and likes to be bossy and threaten hospital which is useless because the psyche ward is unhelpful and horrible place to be.

In this modern society, it is often said that "you can please some of the people some of the time, but never please all of the people all of the time". This is particularly true when working in the field of 'Psychiatry', where it is not always feasible to acquiesce to a patients requests/demands, especially when considering variables such as 'sectioning' and/or a 'lack of capacity'. I have been fortunate enough to work with Dr Klenka, and she has repeatedly demonstrated a high level of professionalism and empathy as a doctor. She always takes the time to listen to the views of the patient, and other healthcare team-members to make a collaborative decision. The management plans are flexible to encourage patient responsibility and autonomy, but ultimately are made with patient safety in mind, which is the cornerstone of modern medicine. In addition, the enthusiasm and pride she brings to her work, coupled with her active interest in teaching junior doctors and medical students, also proves to create a fantastic working environment.

I regularly sit in on assessments with patients and have always found Dr Klenka to be caring and compassionate, she listens and my service users always say positive things about her. She is always approachable when I need advice on my patients.

She is a great colleague who has the full confidence of her team, colleagues and patients. I would not at all hesitate to chose her to treat me or any member of my family.

I was told about this site by my key worker so here goes…. she's lovely in retrospect but when it comes to helping me we have hit a wall. she knows what she talks about but is reluctant to budge on ideas you have to really go toe to toe to get medications and i know theres no special magic pill your hiding from me but i also know that some medications if looked at would work but anyways i digress. in all she is a cracking doctor she just need to be a bit more empathetic and not so dam stubborn all the time.
