Dr De Gray is the only doctor that has tried to help me with my on going back problems. On numerous occasions in the past few years I have written to her on my on volition and she has always responded with kind and helpful advice. She recently took the trouble to look for my last DEXA scan results which took place in 2019, on the findings she has written to my GP suggesting I have another DEXA scan ASAP as the last one showed that I was in the osteoporosis range. My GP has never offered any treatment. Dr Du Gray has recommended to my doctor that I should be taking Vitamin D and calcium supplements as well as a bone strengthening drug to maintain bone density. At my last appointment with Dr du Gray she referred me for an x-ray of my hip joint as my last x-ray in 2019 showed some arthritis. Given the above comments I feel Dr du Gray looks after me and it is comforting that someone in the medical profession cares about you. I had a good doctor/patient relationship with Dr Heighton at the Howdale surgery Downham Market but unfortunately he has retired and the new doctors do not know or understand you therefore an appointment with Dr Du Gray who knows my health history gives me the confidence that I am being taken care of.

I have been under the care of Dr de Gray for a very long time and I could not wish for a better Dr . Not only is she a brilliant consultant she is the most caring ,attentive person you could ever meet. I have had times when I have needed to see her before my next appointment and she has always tried her best to fit me in even though she is so very very busy .I cannot praise her enough and will be forever grateful to her. I have seen Dr de Gray, over the last at least 15years . She is an excellent consultant in every way. She listens, cares and is professionally supportive in all treatment she gives.
