We had an appointment for our son today. We found DrPryde to be very helpful. She explained everything to us in great detail making sure we understood everything. So clear and easy to understand very refreshing for the nhs.

I visited the hospital with my son who was a little nervous. The Doctor immediately put him at ease - and me. Her manner was calm and professional and I felt as though she had time for us. It turned out that there is nothing to worry about and we don't need any treatment. Despite that we were not made to feel like we had wasted anyone's time. I attended as a concerned parent and my concerns were acknowledged. First class service. Thank you.

She listened to us, as she she hadn't seen the notes made previously she stopped and listened to the past events and appointments so she knew which way to go next. Very good and seemed interested without rushing.
