Dr Jolanta Łapczyńska shined with profecional approach and compassion during our visit to Peggy Wood Breast Clinic in Maidstone. Due to nhs translator not arriving at our apoitment and family member not being able to translate we was told that my mum won't have the test done. Luckily Dr Lapczynsk stepped in and helped us out and translated for my mum while doing the scan herself following by taeking the biopsy. DR Łapczyńska was very professional and explained everything to my mum in calm and compassionate manner, preformed the biopsy very gently and made my mum feel at ease. We are both very grateful for Dr Łapczyńskas help and recommend her services to anyone who needs knowledgeable doctor who goes out of their way to make your experience as best as she can.
