Dr John Riddell

Thursday , 26 September , 2024 I have been waiting for four and a half months now for my test results from this doctor and have not yet received them . When i telephoned my gp he did not even have the results on his computer terminal either . The staff are dismissive and seem like they could care less and just want to get you off the telephone has been my personal experience at least . My first encounter with this doctor was via telephone and it was unimpressive i have to say . The great gods of the NHS delivering atrocious and second rate healthcare . If i could afford to go private i would this is unaccepgtable and i doubt they would like to be in a position like this if it were any of them . In contrast i have to say that the people who done my test were just great so no reflection on them whatsoever .

I only gave 4/5 for trust as I don't fully trust any medical professional after a lifetime of being misdiagnosed or not listened to. Not many would get 4/5 but he really seemed to listen and wanted to make sure he had understood what I was saying. Two appropriate follow up actions being implemented. Post appointment synopsis received within a week, impressive and reassuring as it was accurate and unexpected.
