I only gave 4/5 for trust as I don't fully trust any medical professional after a lifetime of being misdiagnosed or not listened to. Not many would get 4/5 but he really seemed to listen and wanted to make sure he had understood what I was saying.
Two appropriate follow up actions being implemented. Post appointment synopsis received within a week, impressive and reassuring as it was accurate and unexpected.
