6 weeks ago I had a knee replacement and I was very apprehensive about the anethsetic but Dr McNamara put me at ease and explained the procedure to me and listened to me fears. I can't thank him enough for his kind professional friendly guidance through my operation. He even popped in to see me the next day in hospital to see if I was ok which I thought was very kind.
