For complicated conditions Dr Hopcroft is excellent. She investigates thoroughly and refers when necessary. She is caring, efficient and reassuring without being patronising as some doctors are. Although busy and in great demand she spends the time necessary to diagnose and explain treatment. Getting timely appointments at Fern House are a nightmare despite the best efforts of receptionists but the lucky ones who get Dr Hopcroft won’t be disappointed.

If you have multiple or a complicated condition, Dr Hopcroft is the doctor to ask for. She is always in demand but being a busy doctor doesn’t prevent her giving an excellent service. She investigates thoroughly and refers when necessary. She is caring, efficient and reassuring without being patronising as some medical staff are. She also spends the time necessary to diagnose and explain treatment. Getting timely appointments at Fern House are a nightmare despite the best efforts of receptionists but the lucky ones who get Dr Hopcroft won’t be disappointed.

Dr Hopcroft is the best doctor that I have ever encountered she has treated my many illnesses with clear understanding of what is required to deal with the constant pain and has seen me in Fern house quickly if I need an appointment due to any changes in my symptoms at any time. Dr Hopcroft has also sent me to many Consultants for their opinions and has kept me updated on any findings that the Consults have found after consultation and tests on my condition so without Dr Hopcroft I would not be managing to live a better life on the drugs she gives me and the information she also provides. Not every Doctor knows how to deal with my condition but I must also thank Dr Wright and Dr Keegan for their knowledge too so anyone saying Fern House has bad uncaring Doctors is way of the mark Yes the phone system might be the worst in the UK but we at Fern House should be shouting from the rooftops that we have the best Doctors and auxiliary staff. Well done all of you

Very good at treating patients with multiple conditions, quick to investigate further as necessary and refer for specialist treatment and consultations when needed.
