Dr Myett is really helpful, I find that he always listens to me and makes me feel heard and advises me based off of how I feel. He is very thorough and covers all basis at all times, and 9/10 times he’s right. Very polite and professional and gives good patient centred care.

I have received great care from Dr Myatt in respect of a new health problem I am currently experiencing and with my on going diabetes. He explains what he is prescribing and why and what the plan of action is to be clearly. He is happy to answer any questions and sends information to me to help me.
I would happily recommend Dr Myatt to anyone needing to join a practice.

I have received fantastic care from Dr Ahmed Mayet for my diabetes. For the first time since becoming a diabetic, Dr Mayet explained it to me in a way that I understood. I received helpful links for my diabetes and weight loss journey so that I could help myself. What a great doctor, I don’t think I could have received better care. Thank you Dr Mayet.

I am pleased to see that Dr Mayet received a very well deserved IWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2014.
Scanning through the 366 five star reviews Dr Mayet has received since 2008, there is nothing I need add. Not that I think, even for a moment, he would rest on his laurels.
How could the other GPs improve on Trust, Listening, Recommended (but only if they need to)? I suggest they check that they are as up to date as Dr Mayet is with the “ …. ideas for how to get the most out of your appointment “ as listed inside a pamphlet about cancer pinned on the surgery notice board. Perhaps patients could be made more aware of the four ideas?
