She seems to actually care about you. She's called me a couple of times just to check up and see how I was doing. I;ve never felt rushed even when she was obviously running late. She also hasn't trivialised anything I've said and has listened and responded in a caring way. While I dislike Worthing Medical Group and all their drawbacks (£80 for a letter) I remain there largely due to Dr Bannerman and her caring and professional attitude.

Dr Bannerman is a godsend. She is extremely caring, totally professional and goes the extra mile for her patients. She really listens, and investigates thoroughly before making a diagnosis or prescribing treatment. She takes the time to get to know her patients properly, is not prejudiced by someone's previous opinion, and communicates well with relevant specialists. It will take a massive cash injection to save the NHS, but if there were a way to clone Dr Bannerman, half the work of "fixing" the NHS would already be done!

I have always found Dr Bannerman to be extremely kind, caring and considerate. She takes time to listen to you and is very professional. Imagine my huge disappointment when I found out that she has left! I'm very sad to see her go. And now wonder what is happening? Five doctors have left in the last three years. Is this the end of the Arun Medical Group?
