Cannot understand previous reviews, I have found him friendly, efficient understanding and empathic, but then again, I never bother him unless I have serious issue, perhaps others do? this clinic dispels the usual barrage of complaints the NHS receives

Unprofessional, rude, dismissive shows no empathy to his patients... spoke at me for 6 mins on a telephone appointment didn't allow me to respond and shut me doen when I managed to. Don't know what his issue is...suggest he looks for another role if he doesn't like dealing with us normal folk. This is the second time I've had dealings with this man and his rude arrogant behaviour. Completely untrustworthy! I hope that practice takes some kind of action I would rather deal with othet GPs from now on.

This doctor was extremely insensitive towards a very sensitive matter. Left me in tears following a 2 minute ‘consultation’ of which there was no empathy or compassion what so ever. I would really recommend never seeing this GP for yourself or your children.

I had exactly the same experience today. I was calling about my 4 month old baby and was totally dismissed and his tone was very sarcastic and ignored everything I said. Very unhappy

I found Dr Platt dismissive, borderline rude and extremely sarcastic! He did not help with my concerns and did not seem bothered and felt quite intimidated by him via my telephone consultation.
