I have Ulcerative Colitis and have been under the care, treatment and assessment of Dr. Arnold since August 2017. From my very first communication with Dr. Arnold and his team I felt completely looked after and in extremely safe hands. Dr. Arnold has a highly competent ability to effectively assess and treat Ulcerative Colitis. He's professional, kind, caring, helpful and ever so understanding. He gives outstanding advice based on knowledge and experience. The medication he has prescribed has had a positive impact on my life, with no side effects. A long-standing issue has been resolved in a highly effective way. His medicine has given me so much relief and has changed my life. It's amazing how he has helped me to quickly control my illness, and get better in such a short period. He has definitely got healing hands! Before starting Dr. Arnold's medicine I was extremely ill and he admitted me into hospital within minutes. He went out of his way to look after me. Due to his excellent care I recovered quickly, and he discharged me after two days. I was very touched, because no one has looked after me the way he did. I'll never forget such a wonderful experience. I haven't got the words to thank him enough. Once I had a flare up of my symptoms and the clinic was overbooked, but he still gave me a same day appointment. He knew it was going to be difficult for me to wait in clinic and he saw me before seeing other patients. He's ever so caring. It seems like he can feel our pain. When I leave a message for him with his secretary he always gets back to me the same day. Not every doctor deals with problems and queries so quickly and effectively. His hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Members of his team and other patients often praise him. They describe him as being very polite, calm, cooperative, energetic, friendly, observant, responsible and reassuring. Despite being under constant work pressure he always has a smile on his face and that's what I like about him the most. I'm lucky to have met him and having him in my life is a blessing. I would highly recommend him and wish I could give him a hundred stars! A very special thank you for always looking after me and making me better. Keep up the good work!
