The only issue experienced was that I and the recover nursing staff was not informed prior to my first vocal cord biopsy that I should not talk immediately after the procedure.
Information about the above was provide after and not before the procedure.
The other issue I have is that I did not have the right to my pre-op blood test results. I was told that I need to submit an FOI request for that. This is completely out of order. Why does LNWU not subscribe to the Patient Care online service as used by the Imperial College trust, which enables the patient to have instantaneous access not only to all their tests but other medical details?
