I have never felt so at ease and comfortable than I did today. Usually when I go to the Doctors I am made to feel like what I am saying is unworthy, as well as being patronized and thankfully this did not happen. In fact my experiences with all staff at the University of Sussex Doctors has always been very positive. I felt today that Dr Austera really cared about me; he didn't disregard anything I said and actually listened to me. I felt like he actually wanted to help me. He put into place the next few steps to work out some issues with me, and to ensure I am ok; even telling me to book a follow up catch up appointment to see how I am doing. I am extremely pleased he is my Doctor and feel your practice is very lucky to have him.
