Dr Austera is the best GP I've ever had. He is very understanding of mental health issues, he is approachable and non-judgemental, and I'm never nervous about asking him questions about my care.

Dr Austera was very clear, very to the point and he checked with me frequently to make sure I understood what he was saying. He was also very thorough and I have complete confidence that he took my appointment with him serious and was rigorous in dealing with my issue.
