Dr Austera is a godsend. His approach is very patient-led, and he has gone above and beyond in his care (even doing a bit of reading around to help me with my longterm condition). He is also very understanding and open to discussing mental health.

Excellent GP. He listens and takes time to explain medical issues, and to discuss possible treatment options. He never seems rushed (though I am sure he is very busy) and I feel comfortable talking to him. He is kind and patient. Can't think of any improvements!

I have been seeing Dr Austera since I was a student - I'm now in my 40s. I would never change my doctor as he is absolutely brilliant. He always has time to listen if I'm concerned, and he always discusses the options available to me, openly and honestly. I always come away feeling reassured, and confident that I'm in safe hands. Thank you Dr Austera, you are an amazing doctor!
