I felt very comfortable answering all of his questions. He has a very good bed-side manner and I felt he was doing his best for me and also reassuring the family member with me. Obviously keen to learn more. Terrific enthusiasm from James and I felt that whilst any visit to A&E is stressful all the staff were friendly and very attentive.
