Dr Ignacio Agell has a lot to discover about empathy. I am Autistic and I was admitted onto Chebsey ward after an unsuccessful suicide attempt. I was treated with utter contempt by him. I was told I was attention seeking and manipulative. I was spoken to using threatening language and utter indifference to my distress. As a result of this experience, I now suffer in silence. I will not ever seek help for anxiety and depression ever again. I keep my agonies to my self. I am still traumatised by those meetings with Ignacio Agell. It was no better than being put in a prison. I really don't know what motivated this "doctor" to enter psychiatry. He has the most antagonistic attitude i have ever encountered. I would not recommend anyone in a similar suicidal situation to ask for help. It made me much much worse.
