I had to have a medical done as part of my pilot training, unfortunately, my ECG showed some concerns, I contacted DR Lo Monaco via searching on google, and my goodness, I was looked after very well and reassured that all will be ok throughout the Journey. I had been so worried and concerned about whether I was going to fly again, Dr. Lo Monaco with his Cardio expertise was able to see me through the Echocardiogram, 24-hour monitor, stress test exercise, his care for me was 1st class and would strongly recommend him to my fellow peers. Thanks again Dr

It is fair to say that Dr Lo Monaco saved my life, which is a good start. I arrived with high blood pressure and high cholesterol, but with no history of heart problems, and within a very short time Dr Lo Monaco had organised the necessary tests, identified a 90% blocked artery and the resultant high risk of a possibly fatal heart attack, prescribed the necessary medication, and arranged the insertion of the necessary stent, and all is now well. All through he explained what was being done and why, in terms which I as a layman could understand. A word of praise for Kitty Katona, Dr Lo Monaco’s PA. Doctors are very dependent on good secretarial assistance for things to go smoothly and for patients to feel looked after between consultations, and Ms Katona was exemplary in this regard.

I can’t thank Dr Monaco enough. He is thorough.a good listener and very clear. I was very upset when he after a lot of tests he detected an aortic aneurysm. He was very kind and supportive when telling me. I was referred to a surgeon and thankfully had successive surgery. I will continue to see him for follow up care. Thank you Dr Monaco.

Dr Lo Monaco has been extremely helpful during a personal health crisis. From the very beginning he was very understanding and willing to help, listening patiently and giving useful initial advice. In person he was very professional and thorough. The quality I appreciated the most was his ability to communicate in simple terms the diagnosis and therapy to follow. He got to the root of the problem without leaving anything un-investigated. This made me feel reinsured and in safe hands. Thank to him I was able to recover and now I feel I have a strong point of reference for my health. Thank you Doctor.

My family and I wanted to send positive feedback on Dr Lo Monaco. Dr Lo Monaco has been managing my Dad’s healthcare for some time, and recently I have been involved in joining Dad at his appointments. Instantly I was impressed by Dr Lo Monaco’s behaviour. He is polite, respectful and welcoming. During consultation - he gives a full and clear account of past, present and future status reports. He also has a great way of ensuring patient understanding and we appreciate his ability to listen to our ideas and concerns. We do our best to keep healthy, however Dad’s health is not consistent so these appointments are a crucial part of his life. He is usually nervous going in - yet we are pleased to say that he is calmer afterwards, which is a consequence of how Dr Lo Monaco handles the consultation. My profession is in the field of leadership communications for private sector companies so I understand the importance of ensuring that the audience understands what they are being told. Trust is number one - especially when it comes to health matters. And we can truly say that Dr Lo Monaco has our trust, support and appreciation. This is why we wanted to share our experience. We hope that this account highlights our strength of feeling. And we hope that Dr Lo Monaco is used as a benchmark for a more humanised approach during Dr / patient consultation.
