Excellent doctor really listened to me, made a huge effort to understand my entire environment. Made very practical recommendations, monitored me very closely.

Disinterested, twisted my words, then proceeded to prescribe medication disregarding the input from me, my parent and the MH nurses about the current situation. No care or bedside manner. Shouldn't be working with vulnerable people.

I had the exact same experience "was not prepared, very patronising, had not looked at my file properly, did not maintain eye contact, felt like she was trying to provoke negative responses and avoid giving direct answers to my questions."
This doctor seems to have a well-rehearsed mantra. Doctor's performance was of low standard. A bad experience.

Dr. Pko-Rocha took her time to listen to me and to understand what really mattered to me. She was interested in me as a person and my difficulties and she was engaged, trying to connect with me beyond the file and the clinical diagnosis.
