I had the exact same experience "was not prepared, very patronising, had not looked at my file properly, did not maintain eye contact, felt like she was trying to provoke negative responses and avoid giving direct answers to my questions."
This doctor seems to have a well-rehearsed mantra. Doctor's performance was of low standard. A bad experience.
