If you recall my name, I’m Daiva Kauniene and I have remembered every advice you’ve given me at my appointments. Your kind, uplifting and warm-hearted words have helped me through one of the darkest times in my life. I’m deeply thankful that I’ve been able to get back to a happy life with me and my family due to your help. I frequently remember and thank you for all that you’ve done for me. Here, in Bulgaria, we have our doctor Chervenakova, which takes care of three generations of our family and we had the same feeling of human care with you from the day 1. We were so sad when we had to leave your practice, as you are in the transitional team. I've been with the practice for 11 years and truly thankful Dr Kensah is my doctor. He always listens, he's empathetic, ensures I understand what I've been told and encourages me to ask questions. I've never felt rushed or not listened to.

I find the receptionists friendly and helpful. Dr Kensah encourages questions to make sure you've understood what he is telling you. I have always found him warm and friendly and, most of all, he inspires confidence. When I had to have an operation on my umbilical hernia he also informed me that I could actually choose which hospital to have it done - something I wasn't aware of. I have always had great service from the nurses here as well. It can't be an easy job pleasing everyone but, from my point of view, I would like to say a great big thank you.
