I find the receptionists friendly and helpful. Dr Kensah encourages questions to make sure you've understood what he is telling you. I have always found him warm and friendly and, most of all, he inspires confidence. When I had to have an operation on my umbilical hernia he also informed me that I could actually choose which hospital to have it done - something I wasn't aware of. I have always had great service from the nurses here as well. It can't be an easy job pleasing everyone but, from my point of view, I would like to say a great big thank you.
