Dr Joynes has listened and helped me when I needed it most. She has referred me on to other medical teams and have followed up if I haven't heard back from them. She has been there when my life has been difficult and is helping me through. She is easy to talk to, lovely natured and explains everything without having to ask her what the medical term is, or medication. She is one of the best doctors at the practice, the other being Dr Kanjaria. I do have problems getting to see Dr Joynes as my main GP, but we have resolved this by booking appointments in advance, as I need to see her frequently and therefore don't have to keep going over the same things with various other Doctors. I have also had telephone consultations with Dr Joynes and again they have been excellent. She never rushes and gets me sorted out quickly. Extremely pleased to be a patient of Dr Joynes!

She is quite possibly the best doctor I have ever had. She may run a few minutes late from time to time but that's because she doesn't ever rush me through. I don't mind waiting for her because I know she offers this to all her patients. She listens and offers some advice but she also trusts me when I say I think I know what's wrong with me. I can say which medicines I may need again and she trusts me to know what's going with my own body. She always has a smile and I feel like I'm the only patient she has when she's with me. She seems incredibly knowledgeable and when she's not sure, she says she'll find out and get back to me. And she does. She has always done what she's said she will. She goes above and beyond to make you feel that you are important to her and she wants to do what's going to help you the most. I hope she never retires as I can't imagine I'd want any other doctor, ever.

I had an emergency appointment at 5pm on Friday. Dr. Joynes looked at my eye and decided she should consult the Ophthalmic Dr. at Frimley Park. Although the clinic had finished for the day Dr. Lee said she would wait for me. By 6 - o- clock I was with the Dr.Lee who made the comment it was good that Dr. Joynes had telephoned. I am most grateful for the prompt attention I received.
