Earlier this afternoon this doctor phoned me at home at my request over a very serious, as opposed to a routine, blood pressure condition I was extremely worried about. Getting a coherent answer to a simple question was like getting blood out of a stone; and as if that weren't bad enough, she kept interrupting me, and 'talking over' me as if she was talking to a halfwit - and I'm no halfwit. This is the first negative experience I have ever had in the years - indeed decades - as a grateful patient, and I hope it will be the last. I need not say that she won't be my 'doctor of choice' from this day forward

From my standpoint any trifling shortcoming that might come about is of no consequence relative to the level of care and attention which one receives.
