I have a very rare intolerance to opioids (suspected Fowler’s syndrome), and Dr Kourteli was so thorough and conscientious in her preparation and care throughout. Spending much time researching the precise mix of drugs for during surgery and post, to ensure I avoided urinary retention. A rare clinician to have the combination of both outstanding skill whilst still remaining relatable and making you feel that she genuinely cared deeply for your outcome.

I expressed that I was very scared of needles and being put to sleep, so she looked through my records and discovered how she put me to sleep 7 years prior and decided to do that again. I felt very at ease with her and felt as though she listened and actively discovered solutions for my concerns. Very calming and smiley person!
