My mom was recently admitted to ITU and the care received under Dr. Clarence was excellent! He was very keen to understand how mom presented at home prior to her stay in hospital as this is something that doctors and nurses really need to understand if they are to support patients back to their "normal" lives. He was kind, caring and communicative - taking time and trouble to talk to mom and us as a family. He was able to answer our many questions with patience and understanding and his whole approach gave us great confidence in him as a doctor - total just!! As a result mom was finally well enough to be returned to a general ward where her care is ongoing. Can"t thank the ITU nursing team enough!!
