Dr Silver and all the Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists at Staines Health Centre do a fantastic job. They have looked after me through 2 lots of cancer treatment and my husband with his heart medication. I am a carer for my 83 year old mum who has various health issues including limited mobility which means she has to rely on me to take her to appointments. Not only are they very patient and understanding, all the team go out of their way to accommodate any needs we have. They are extremely professional and I can't praise them all enough. Thank you. This is a well run surgery with excellent Doctors and excellent support staff. The procedures to secure an appointment are effective, clear and transparent, and in all cases my experience has been a Doctor's consultation on the day requested. The Doctor's demonstrate empathy with their patients and recommend preventative medicine. This is in evidence from the numerous support areas of the practice together with very good extensive courses such as the recent X-Pert diabetic instruction. I am in my mid-50's and this is the best practice I have had the pleasure of attending. Special mention must go to Dr. Shaunak, Dr. Silver and Dr. Griffiths who run a tight ship indeed. Thank you.

I have been under Dr Silver's care for 10 years now. The practice is a busy one and due to my various ailments I have had to deal with a variety of the medical personnel and office based staff. I cannot praise all of them enough. It is an efficient and well run clinic, I feel totally at ease in my dealings with nurses and doctors, in particular the diabetic nurse Caroline Foster and my doctor, Deborah Silver. I do not ever feel as if I am wasting their time, or sense any impatience when dealing with me. It has restored my faith in the NHS as my mother's death was attributed to misdiagnosis and poor hospital care. I would seriously consider not moving from the area due to the good relationship I have with this clinic. I cannot praise them enough. I think Dr Silver is doing a great job as a gp under very difficult circumstances.There is constant criticism of gps by the government and media and the work load has risen to untenable levels since the introduction of CCGs as well as endless unnecessary government targets. Just leave GPs alone and let them get on with seeing patients! I would certainly recommend Dr Silver and her practice to my friends and family. Jane Bental
