I think Dr Silver is doing a great job as a gp under very difficult circumstances.There is constant criticism of gps by the government and media and the work load has risen to untenable levels since the introduction of CCGs as well as endless unnecessary government targets. Just leave GPs alone and let them get on with seeing patients! I would certainly recommend Dr Silver and her practice to my friends and family. Jane Bental
