This is a well run surgery with excellent Doctors and excellent support staff. The procedures to secure an appointment are effective, clear and transparent, and in all cases my experience has been a Doctor's consultation on the day requested. The Doctor's demonstrate empathy with their patients and recommend preventative medicine. This is in evidence from the numerous support areas of the practice together with very good extensive courses such as the recent X-Pert diabetic instruction. I am in my mid-50's and this is the best practice I have had the pleasure of attending. Special mention must go to Dr. Shaunak, Dr. Silver and Dr. Griffiths who run a tight ship indeed. Thank you.
