I live a considerable distance from my parents and had arrived to support them as Dad had become ill meaning he could not leave the house and Mum has Alzheimer’s. I had a telephone appointment with Dr James who went through all their medication with me. She listened to all my concerns and related to them as a couple as well as individuals. I felt we were working together to obtain the best outcome for both of them. Everything she said she would do she did. She followed this up with another phone call to see how things were going and further plans were put in place. Neither of my parents have met her but I will advise them to ask to see Dr James if they need an appointment in the future, a caring professional doctor.

Got a face to face appointment with Dr James. Dr sent email straight away for ultrasound test. Results sent to doctors next day and the day after she called me to discuss results. Could not ask for better care. I hope she stays at Oakenhall surgery.
