Wonderful anaesthetist. Funny and made me feel at ease. Explained in simple terms what would be happening and that he would look after me. So reassuring.

Charles was the anesthetist on a recent hip replacement procedure at the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to the procedure - Charlie was in touch to go through some blood results with me and reassure me. He visited me before the procedure alongside the surgeon and explained the slightly complex approach to sedation for the procedure - but he explained it really clearly. Prior to the procedure he talked me through the epidural and other procedures and kept up the positive comms until I was sedated. Charlie was an absolutely astute and personable anesthetist who made sure patient care was excellent.
