I have been attending the Dermatology Clinic in Peterborough for more years than I care to remember. When I first met With Cedric Banfield as my new consultant, It was like a breath of fresh air! He is always friendly, kind and interested in what I have to say and my appointments with him are always on time.

Dr Banfield always takes an interest in my progress with the medication, he also has a good knowledge of me as a person, not just a patient. My appointments with him are always on time or early.

Although the general outpatients department is located in one place, it is helpful that you are sought out by a member of the team for your speciality and moved nearer the department in which you will be seen. Particularly in favour of the wait to be called system which allows some sort of privacy regarding the team you are there to see and you can check your details without being overheard.

Dr Banfield , is the type of doctor you need , he listens and if it is within his powers he would try to give you a better life through medication and or drugs , very knowledgeable and you can tell that his staff respect him as well and he is not to proud to ask others their thoughts on ailments to double check his thoughts , he is a credit to the NHS

We have been seeing Dr. Banfield for a couple of years after spending many years not really getting on very well regarding people listening to the extent of our sons problems with his skin, we have found him to be very friendly and understanding of our needs. He listens to any concerns we have regarding our sons eczema and the problems associated with it and has reviewed his treatment and changed it when we feel it's not working as well as it should, as a result my sons skin is much better and we are finding that he now seems much happier and is doing better in school because he isn't in so much pain. We find that Dr. Banfields clinics run on time and his nursing staff are also friendly and helpful.
