Dr Christie is a very kind GP whose knowledge and experience shines through.
She is a great listener , very practical and always ensures best care .
This doctor insists to promote specific needles and she denies to prescribe the needles which my mother accept and which do not cause pain to her. My mother is almost 90 years old, with diabetes and dementia and she needs to have her insulin injection each day. It is a shame to oblige such an old woman to cry each day because the needles cause her a pain, when there are needles which don't cause any pain.
I have to say that after the retirement of our GP doctor Neil Jackson, an excellent doctor and a very kind and supportive person, this surgery is one to be avoided, not only because of this precise doctor, but also because of the rude and unresentful behaviour of the reception stuff, the waiting times on the telephone without answer which lost for ages and the manager of this surgery.
I think, that after the retirement of doctor Neil Jackson this surgery is ended.
Dr Christie is a very experienced doctor and always gives considered advice. I would not want another GP , she is the best .
She's a brilliant doctor. I was away for a while and it was so good to come back to her. She's kind, she listens, and she's intensely practical.
I usually only see Dr Christie when I am feeling well, but her feel good factor always leaves me feeling a few notches better - not sure if I have the same effect on her!
