To Whom It May Concern I have had a long ongoing employment grievance with an international organisation. My own doctor Dr Sibley is on maternity leave and I needed help form Dr Ashun. Although the problem has not been resolved yet I highly recommend Dr Ashun for her compassion and professionalism. She wrote an excellent letter for me and has shown great understanding and kindness. I feel very privileged to have her assistance.

My regular doctor is dr pollen, on occasion when my doctor has been on leave/ or has a day off I have had to see doctor ashun she is fantastic she listened to my symptoms and took time with me. I find the entire practice full of polite friendly people and doctor ashun is no exception. Good doctor

No chance to have the right treatment with someone who is even not able to understand your pain. She is completely unskilled and not even commiserate with the patient. After two visits and two wrong diagnostics I had to go in urgently to a private clinic where they found exactly my problem. Unpleasant and non professional.

I have seen Dr Ashun now on a number of occasions. She delivered a rather significant diagnosis which will impact the course of my life by reading out a report not looking up from her papers or computer screen. Perhaps it's her lack of experience or training on bedside manner, but left very distraught having not been listened to and none of my questions truly addressed on next steps/therapies. I was only offered prescriptions with a flip comment on further specialist care not really going to help end prognosis. While I appreciate many cases are difficult or leave few options, however Dr. Ashun should realise she is dealing with human beings who need hope to go on. Whatever talents she may possess as a doctor are overwhelmed and undone by her lack of patient care. I hope this young physician is able to develop in future to offer better care to the tax payers in Tower Hamlets.
