Dr Eichholz is a very attentive, personable consultant. He explains well all aspects of treatment and treatment options, as well as being a good listener to any concerns. I have great confidence in Dr Eichholz's ability, and would strongly recommend him to other patients receiving cancer treatment.

Dr. Eichholz was totally 'unstuffy' during the two appointments I had with him. He explained matters fully and asked if I had any questions to ask him. I was extremely impressed with the way I was copied-in with his letters to colleagues regarding my case. He also provided me with printed literature which he thought would help me. He is also a fantastic typist!!

Dr eicholz, really helped me understand my condition. He helped to to know what to look out for in the future if things were to go back down hill again. He was very understanding to my needs and concerns.

I found Dr Eichholz very polite, friendly and kind. I felt listened to and always answered my questions.
He would always make sure we were chaperoned before asking me to prepare for an examination and washed his hands and used correct PPE.
He very softly spoken and always made me feel comfortable.

From the moment I was referred to Andrew, the service I received was second to none. At initial appointment he ensured that I was given all detail re my diagnosis, gave full description of the proposed treatment regime and planned scans.
Future appointments (monthly) were planned in advance and very timely scans etc were booked in giving me flexibility
At all times in the consultation appointment I felt that I was totally given time to ask any questions, at no time did I ever feel rushed or that he was not listening to me
Andrew always made sure both myself and my husband understood and he often went and found leaflets for us to take home
I am very sad to have recently moved out of area as I received above the gold standard care

I am a Consultant Clinical Oncologist. I specialise in looking after patients with breast cancer.
I use chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy and the newer biological (also known as targeted) therapies. I also offer entry into any suitable clinical trials of new treatments.
