Dr Ana is a wonderfully kind doctor . She understands her patient first and foremost , but also listens to you as the caregiver of your precious loved one . She is so empathic to her patients . My late mother & I always had 100 % confidence in her opinions . My mother used to say ‘ what a kind doctor ‘ . This lady is so dedicated & we were blessed to have this humble lady as my mum’s doctor.

We were first introduced to Dr Ana Gutierrez Larrainzar at Kingston Hospital, Elderly Care Unit, when our GP referred my dad for further tests. This was in Jan 2019.
Dr Ana has always ensured that any update on tests/test results is passed onto our family ( my father is 98% deaf, and has advanced Dementia). She has , we believe, gone the extra mile in order to ensure further tests and specialist consultations, to give my father a better life.
During this pandemic, we have found Dr Ana to be a humble, caring, and yes loving, consultant, that definitely wants to assist the elderly.
