Dr Noscoe was extremely helpful and attentive. She listened to the concerns I had with my baby girl and advised accordingly. Really appreciate the swift turnaround in getting an app arranged! Great service.

Dr Noscoe was Super helpful, attentive and compassionate. Safe guarding procedures / data protection were also followed, which was reassuring. She explained everything in a comprehendable manner. The one suggestion I have is "More Dr's like Dr Noscoe please!"

They took great care of listening to my issues and questions and organised help for me that previously had been declined. I’m very thankful to have come into contact with this doctor through 111 today.

Dr Noscoe was very helpful today in advising best pain relief for a pt I attended to with lower back pain.
She went above and beyond speaking to registrar at PGH regarding if said pt could take codeine as the pt believed that she could not.
She was very informative and helpful to both myself and the patient, taking time to listen and came across as a very kind and compassionate individual.

The doctor made me feel valued and listened to, as a first time mother it can be a very scary experience when your child is poorly. She really showed a lot of understanding and compassion, eased my anxieties and grew my confidence reassuring me that I am handling the situation right. The advice offered was very helpful and I am more confident with what to do next to look after my baby. I am so appreciative of the help from this doctor, it is the first time I feel I’ve been listened to and speaking to this doctor has made me actually feel a lot more confident as a mother. Thank you so much.
