Dr Hardy didn't greet me at all -she did not introduce herself (it was my first visit to the Surgery). She made no eye contact with me and spent the entire consultation tapping notes into her computer. I am a tough cookie but when I walked out of the consultation I was almost in tears. She certainly is not up to the task of dealing with the public -and her attitude was one of arrogance. Please can she be transferred somewhere far, far away?

Very disrespectful woman. I felt humiliated by her behaviour. She can't hold back her emotions. Shouldn't work with other people at all. What kind of a doctor treat their patients like dirt? Overall, incompetent ''doctor''.
