Having needed a partial knee replacement this doctor went out of his way to get me the operation that put me back on my feet. His after care was not just to write a script and shout for the next patient but to listen to my fears and put my mind to rest. ,

My 6 month old son had been suffering from severe Atopic Eczema on his face for over 3 months. I had visited the surgery 4 times but this was the first time I had seen Dr Mayet. My son was in pain with the infected rash, constant itching which had kept everyone awake at night with his crying for over 3 months, and having to endure comments and stares when I took him out, which had lead to me as his mother feeling depressed and desperately upset. It was effecting our family life considerably. 2 days after visiting Dr Mayet the antibiotics and additional treatments prescibed by him in addition to his advise, the eczema had completely disappared. He is a happy and giggly baby he should have been for the last 3 months. I am so grateful and wish I had seen Dr Mayet 3 months ago.

Dr Ahmed Mayet is a caring, compassionate and thoughtful GP who always puts the needs of his patients first. He is a great communicator and is always willing to engage with any hospital consultants when patients need referring. He always ensures his patients get the best medical care.

This doctor was spot on with his diagnosis of my cancer problem. He listened to my concerns and was very thorough and professional. I really do feel that this doctor has saved my life with his early diagnosis of my condition and would recommend him, to anybody.
