It’s very hard to express my gratitude to Dr Adam Jacques and his team in the ACU Birch Ward at St Peters Hospital, it’s only in the cold light of day that both I and my family realise how ill I was and fraught the possible outcome could have been.
The attention to both my medical and psychological welfare was second to none.
They are truly life savers

The treatment that I have had so far is excellent and I am now waiting for further treatment, which due to the Coronavirus situation has now been delayed until such time as it is safe for me to have the procedures done.
As yet I have not seen Dr Jacques but his department have explained everything to me.

Dr Jacques took the time to allay my fears and calmly run through the facts and how my condition could affect my career. The subsequent manner in which he dealt with my ongoing treatment was with sensitivity and genuine care.

Dr. Jacques is most attentive and knows how to practice active listening. He displays fantastic manners, provides great explanations, is patient and knows how to talk to his patients. His demeanour is so very calming that he puts you at ease. There is nothing worse for a patient to have health concerns and then have underlying worries about wondering whether you can trust or feel at ease with your provider. You won’t have that with Dr Jacques. I trust no one else with my cardiovascular care. Most recommended!

Dr Adam Jacques carried out urgent work on a blocked heart vessel that had caused me to have a heart attack. That is why I am now able to right this review.
