I saw Mr Komath following the initial surgery for a paramedian flap to repair the defect left by BBC Moh's surgery in 2017. As I was unhappy with the aesthetic result of this, it was agreed that the surgery could be revised. I met Mr Komath and explained exactly how this was causing me a degree of discomfort and, to a degree, embarrassment. He listened carefully and explained in layman's terms how he felt this could be improved. From that initial consultation I had 100% confidence in him. I'm delighted to report that following surgery in February 2018, my nose has healed to perfection and I have regained the self confidence lost over the previous 12 months. I can't thank him sufficiently or praise his skills as a maxillo facial surgeon highly enough.
