Arash Naseri

Dr Naseri is possibly the worst healthcare practitioner I've ever come across. Shows absolutely no concern for patients' wellbeing. Causes suffering from his treatment and then makes it impossible to resolve the problem and shows no desire to make it right. He ignores your emails, it's impossible to get in contact with him- the only option is to argue with him face to face at an appointment. Before reaching a resolution, he tells you 'times up' and to come back next week! I had to get everything taken off and stopped my treatment with him because he was truly impossible to deal with. Do not recommend at all. Not worth the stress or the suffering.

I agree with the other bad reviews about Dr Naseri. He is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had from a healthcare professional. I recommend everyone to stay away from him. He is very commercial and shows zero concern for your wellbeing. He doesn't care if you're suffering from work that he has done. He ignores your suffering. He made me suffer for over 2 months because of work he did and ignored my attempts to get in touch with him to fix the problem. I had to come back so many times. I sent him emails and called and he ignored them. Finally, when I came for an appointment, he argued with me for the full 50 minute appointment and did nothing to actually fix the job. He then said 'time up. i can't do anything now. you have to come back next week'. Just disgraceful behaviour towards a patient who is suffering. He is also very dishonest. He has been dishonest about the consultation fee and overcharged me for it, he has taken away warranty on retainers, I could go on and on about how this man has caused me nothing but stress. You can't negotiate or speak with him because he doesn't listen or care. I ended up having everything taken off because that is truly how bad this orthodontists' manner is towards patients.

Very unprofessional, bad manners and not trustworthy at all. My daughters treatment completely failed and she did not feel confortable with him in the room!

Truly awful, avoid even for free nhs treatment

We had to stop my son's orthodontist treatment with Mr. Naseri as his manner and level of professionalism were so poor.
