Called to book my 17 year old daughter a check up and assured she was still on the NHS list. Receptionist unable to find the dentist's diary and said would call back. No call back. Called a few days later to try again. Was hung up on. Call back from rather rude lady to tell me, my daughter had been taken off the list. Asked her why I had been told differently and was told no notes to that effect - convenient. Generally, lying to customers is a shoddy way to do business. Suggest avoiding this shoddy practice with rude staff.

Not overly impressed with the service I received from both the dentist and hygienist - both seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were not overly welcoming. Hygienist is very over priced at £62 for all of 20 minutes work. I shall not be returning.

Very unhappy with the orthodontist Arash Naseri's lack of care
