I have had various treatments for a lower back problem for over 40 years. I can honestly say that The Boxgrove is the best at all levels. For me it’s great strength lies in it’s joined up approach and the excellent communications between staff. I do Rehab Pilates with Emma and have physiotherapy treatment from Paul Frawley. He combines this with acupuncture and exercise. I cannot speak too highly of their help in keeping me mobile and
able to cope with a tiresome problem.
The whole atmosphere is of warmth and friendliness, this includes the ever helpful receptionist, Roxy. A huge thank you to them all.

I have a knee injury which has recently got worse and I am now waiting for a full knee replacement so the treatment was aimed at improving my mobility and strengthening my knee in preparation for surgery next year. My mobility has gone up from being able to only walk about 200 metres to now doing around 400 metres through the exercises devised by Paul Frawley which is a huge improvement for me, and I have gone back to work albeit in a restricted fashion. I could not have done this without Paul's excellent guidance and full understanding of my situation. Paul was very friendly yet at the same time totally professional in his dealings with me, and as my situation unfolds over the next year when I have my op I will be back for more help, hopefully with Paul again.

This clinic is professional and Paul is a good physio. He gives you exercises that are achievable and explains everything clearly.

Absolutely happy with the treatment from Paul, and in the past from Emma.
I only wish that my treatment was covered by my medical health scheme (AXA PPP).

I was referred to the clinic by a spine consultant following a surgical procedure. The entire team at The Boxgrove - from reception to physios - have been so friendly, helpful, and encouraging as I made incremental progress with rehab and fascia tissue treatment. I found that the motivation and confidence about moving that the team helped me build was as important as the physical hands-on treatment.
I would happily recommend this clinic.

I arrived at Boxgrove feeling defeated with various aches and pains and feeling very low. You arrive with warm welcome from Roxy who is delightful and super efficient with the bookings. I have had treatment with Alice Driver and Ian Linane. Both have made a huge difference to my mobility, working towards becoming pain free, confidence to move, how to gain strength and therefore improve my general physical and mental health. The high level of kind encouraging support and expertise is impressive. I feel incredibly fortunate that I have The Boxgrove on my doorstep.

Fabulous team of people at The Boxgrove. The location is lovely, people are welcoming and friendly and really care. The place is spotless, with all Covid protocols in place and strictly adhered to. I felt safe in their hands. Thanks all!
